Drug & Alcohol Awareness session at Salford Foyer

Dawn from the SMART team ran a Drugs & Alcohol Awareness session at Salford Foyer to make residents aware of the dangers of drugs and alcohol.

Pink Day at Bridge Foyer

On Friday 12th February Bridge Foyer held a Pink Day in aid of Cancer Research. The Foyer was decorated with pink streamers and balloons and there was a great atmosphere with all residents making a fantastic effort to get involved.

The day started with a special breakfast comprising of pink foods! This included fresh strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, pink apples, grapes, cherries, yoghurt and fruit juice.

Residents and staff dressed in pink and paid £1 for the privilege of doing so, and in the afternoon everyone made pink smoothies and watched a DVD of Grease. In total, £672.03 was raised!

Batley Foyer enjoy Asian & Chinese themed nights and a fancy dress Halloween party!

Batley Foyer held an Asian themed night with traditional clothes for everyone to dress up in; creative henna tattoos; and a delicious Kurish meal cooked by a resident.

They also had a fancy dress Halloween party where they had apple bobbing and a horror film quiz.
